a couple handfuls of arugula
couple bunches of sunflower greens (a new discovery - yum!)
half can of chickpeas
several beets, chopped up
3 or 4 radishes, sliced
1 avocado
red wine vinegar
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

I love that these are the things you have on hand in your kitchen. I think the only thing on that list that I have is the olive oil. Oh well, time to go to the market.
